So, how is balance achieved…?
The answer depends on the individual and the change they want to make.
Some challenges can be fixed quickly with a straightforward ‘reset’. Other changes, such as achieving weight-loss, may occur over a period of weeks or months, ensuring a safe, healthy & sustainable approach to wellness. Others have a finite timescale, such as preparing for a birth or a specific stressful event.
Depending on the desired outcome & the client’s needs, a balance session can include many elements, such as fact-finding, exploring beliefs, managing unhelpful emotions, healthy eating plans, lifestyle coaching and more, and usually always includes an hypnotic experience.
Most importantly, it’s the client who decides the number and duration of the sessions and what’s right for them. Some want ongoing support because of the nature of the change they’re achieving. And the work we do together is priced accordingly.
